Corey's Oatmeal Cookie
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream1 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pour Bailey's irish cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Dust wth cinnamon, and serve.
